Research interests

We are interested in bacterial genetics and ecology. In particular we are intrigued by the evolutionary mechanisms of genomes and the adaptation of bacteria, especially in relation to host-microbe interaction. Our activities are strongly interconnected with those of LEMM and ComBo laboratories.
